Climate Support Programme (CSP4)
CSP4 supports the South African government in strengthening the mainstreaming and implementation of its climate and biodiversity policies. It contributes to SA’s transition to a decarbonised economy and a climate-resilient society in line with Vision 2050 in a just manner, while also ensuring biodiversity conservation.
Low Carbon and Climate Resilient Water and Wastewater Management (LCCR Water)
The project addresses South Africa’s water crisis through technical and management interventions in secondary municipalities while supporting replication and policy dialogue amongst key sector stakeholders. The aim is for the water and wastewater sector to implement measures towards the achievement of national low carbon and climate adaptation targets, contributing to long term development that is highly responsive to vulnerable groups.

Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings and Infrastructure Programme (EEPBIP)
South Africa aims at catalysing an energy efficiency transformation in public sector buildings and infrastructure, such as lighting and wastewater treatment plants. A comprehensive national framework is being established to support implementation, and to drive policy and market transformation.
